1. Are your ceramic products safe for food use?
All our porcelain sets are high-temperature fired with food-grade raw materials, compliant with international food contact safety standards, safe for daily drinking and dining. Our wares support microwave and dishwasher cleaning.
2. Will the blue-and-white pattern fade after long-term use?
Our decorative patterns are under-glaze hand-painted craftsmanship, the pigment is sealed inside the glaze after high-temperature firing, which will never fall off or fade during long-term washing and use.
3. Can I place custom or bulk wholesale orders?
Yes. We support wholesale bulk orders, customized pattern and logo service. Please send your demand via our contact email for exclusive wholesale quotations.
4. What should I do if the porcelain arrives broken?
Please take clear photos of the damaged product, outer package and shipping label within 48 hours after receiving your parcel, then contact our customer service to apply for replacement or refund.
