2. Order Processing Time
All Jingdezhen handmade ceramic teaware and tableware orders will be arranged for packing within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. Handcrafted customized orders require 7-15 working days for production and delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 15 – 25 working days after warehouse dispatch
Expedited Shipping: 7 – 12 working days after warehouse dispatch
4. Shipping Fee Rule
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $99 within the US and Canada. Orders below $99 will charge a fixed standard shipping fee. Expedited shipping requires an extra delivery fee, which will be calculated automatically at checkout.
