We support return and exchange applications within 30 days from the date you receive your Chivee ceramic products, only for unused, undamaged goods with original complete packaging. Customized, personalized wholesale orders are not eligible for free return and exchange.
2. Damaged Goods Receipt
If your porcelain teaware or tableware arrives cracked, chipped or broken during transportation, please submit clear photos of damaged items, outer carton and shipping label to our customer service within 48 hours upon receipt. We provide free replacement or full refund service without return shipping cost.
3. Buyer’s Personal Reason Return
If you apply for return due to personal preference, size mismatch or wrong purchase, you need to bear the return shipping fee by yourself. Products must be kept intact, unused and with original packaging. Once the returned goods are inspected and confirmed undamaged, we will complete your refund within 5-7 working days.
4. Refund Time
All approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account, and it usually takes 5 to 10 working days to arrive subject to your payment provider’s processing rules.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on used, scratched, manually damaged, incomplete packaging ceramic products.
